MFA SMS Terms & Conditions

 

1. Program Description
   Alanda Software offers Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via SMS to enhance the security of user accounts. By enrolling in SMS-based MFA, you agree to receive automated text messages containing one-time passcodes (OTPs) required to verify your identity when logging in or performing secure actions. 

2. Message Frequency
   Message frequency varies based on your account activity and login attempts. You will receive a text message each time you request an authentication code or during elevated security events. 

3. Cost and Charges
   Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on your specific data or text plan. 

4. Opt-Out and Help
   You can disable SMS MFA at any time. To stop receiving messages, update your security preferences in your account settings. For assistance, contact our support team at services@alandasoftware.com. 

5. Privacy
   We respect your privacy. The mobile phone number collected for MFA will be used solely for account security and verification purposes. 6. Carrier Liability
   Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery
   depends on the effective transmission from your local network operator.
